At UrY., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2 You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made products, or items that have been altered.

3. Refund Process
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at ury@ury.world to receive a return authorization.
3.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.3 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.

4. Exchanges
4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

5. Shipping Costs
5.1 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. receiving a damaged item).
5.2 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
